Returns and refunds

The short version

If we got it wrong, you get your money back in cash. If the tee is exactly what you ordered, it cannot be returned or swapped.

Nothing is sitting on a shelf here. Each tee is pressed after your order, in the size and colour you picked, so it cannot go back into stock for someone else.

When we refund you

We refund in full, including delivery, when the mistake is ours: the wrong size, the wrong colour, the wrong design, a misprint, or a fault in the shirt itself.

Message @sensesix.mk on Instagram or email within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. The photo settles it quickly.

We pay the cost of sending it back as well. You are never out of pocket for our error.

When we cannot

We cannot swap sizes, change a colour, or take a tee back because it was not what you hoped for. That is the trade for having every design printed on demand rather than made in bulk.

Please use the size guide before you order — it has the real measurements, taken flat. If you are unsure, ask on Instagram first and you will get an answer before you buy.

How the money comes back

In cash, the same way you paid the courier. We arrange the handover with you directly, normally within a few days of the tee reaching us.

Because nothing was ever charged to a card, there is no card refund to wait for.

Cancelling before it is printed

An order can still be cancelled if the tee has not been pressed yet. Message the order number as soon as you can and we will stop it if it has not started.
