Who you are buying from

SENSE SIX is a small clothing label based in Macedonia, selling directly to customers. Questions about these terms go to or to Instagram @sensesix.mk.

Placing an order

An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. It becomes a sale when we confirm it and hand the parcel to the courier.

We may decline an order if the address is incomplete, or if we cannot reach you on the phone number given.

Every tee is printed after the order is placed, so nothing is ever out of stock. That is also why delivery takes a few working days rather than hours.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Macedonian denars and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is a flat 190 MKD per order and free on orders over 2,500 MKD, shown before you confirm.

Payment is cash on delivery. Nothing is charged online, and this site never asks for or stores card details.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered in 2–4 working days anywhere in Macedonia. The courier calls the phone number on the order before delivering.

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange it again.

If something is wrong

If a tee arrives faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full in cash, including delivery.

Because every tee is printed for your order, we cannot take one back or swap a size when it is exactly what you ordered. Refusing a parcel at the door does not cancel the order; message us instead so we can sort it properly.
